How much yoga does Sydenham need? There's the Dragonfly place, the Sydenham Centre and now this place. Wasn't there talk of the old Ladbrokes (now St Christopher's furniture shop) being a yoga studio. I guess there may be demand and Sydenham is going to be full of fit and flexible people.

Ok thanks for that. Its clear now that if I said "where is the best place to get my feet treated?" it would have stayed in the Café.

Re: Do not use this section for Wanted or Offer requests
So what is the difference between wanting to know the best chiropodist and wanting to know who provides the best breakfast? One is wanted and the other in the café.

Chiropodist?
Does anyone have a recommendation for a good chiropodist please? I know there are few about but would like to hear of any particularly good ones. Thanks in advance.

HI Dom,
I've recently started using Better Gym at the Natiolnal Sports Centre in Crystal Palace. Very good with reasonable terms and great equipment. There are personal trainers who seem ok. Good luck!

My partner went during the Christmas holidays and describes it as very busy. Waited about an hour and a quarter. Top tip: go early in the day.

Re: Pedder SE London flyer
I do find it laughable that we're meant to turn to an estate agent for an expert view of the political future. Particularly when most serious and impartial political experts admit to not having a clue what is going to happen post Brexit. I've been closely monitoring the Sydenham housing market for t...

Re: Current state of the property market in Sydenham
I sold my house in Knighton Park Road in November 2017 for the asking price after being on the market for just a fortnight and have been renting since. I'm looking to buy again so have been monitoring the market closely. When I sold my house there was a similar property for sale on Hilmore Grove for...

Welcome to Sydenham Kate. I second Syd's suggestion. Ted is very good, always cleans up, does a very professional job and is reasonably priced.

Just want to ask if a CPZ would affect parking for Mayo Vets? I use it often and usually park close by on Mayo Road, which is useful if you have sick animal.

Re: Dylon works - FT reports L&Q buying bulk for social hous
I've been inside one of the townhouses with the marvellous views. They are nice but have tiny little gardens and, to be honest, I would rather pay the same for the last house on Longton Avenue with a decent sized garden.
