Yes, there are plans for the high street but they have been 'planning' them for the last five years at least and still we don't have a definite date!

Unfortunately, I don't think what you have in mind will be suitable. It is more of a table-top sale. It gets incredibly busy with lots of stalls, mainly for children, so there would be no room for furniture I am afraid.

I use Gurkhas regularly and I think they are a real asset to the high street (although the food can be a bit inconsistent - great sometimes, other times not so great for the same dish... anyway). If they are so successful then surely they have the resources to make some improvements to their shopfro...
