As well as an emissions test, a thought about whiffy interiors is if the air conditioning needs an overhaul. Not the point, I know, although a "sulphur" smell seems to be a fair indicator of a/c needing new filters or whatever they do to service it.

I'm skipping on emissions tests as I don't know enough about cars to know how it would be "fixed" if it was "over". Oil change maybe? Sorry, pass.

Edit: I'm skipping on commenting about emissions tests, not on the test itself.
