Man found dead in Sydenham

Heard this on BBC national radio news, apparently found in the early hours. Anyone have any further info?

Lead news story on London Tonight. Lot's of interviews with people saying it is a bad area

Whilst maybe not a bad area , certainly not the most enchanting part of SE26.
Was mainly devolped in the late 19th century to serve the extensive Gas Works.

Whereas Middle Sydenham built mid 19th Century for people using the train station to London

Upper Sydenham for richer households who wanted to be near The Palace

I'm deeply saddened to hear about this.

I haven't seen London Tonight. My thoughts go out to the family of the victim.

This is so close to home it's really not funny at all, I live with a stones throw of Lucas court and everyone is in total shock !
It may not be the best area but all of the other families in my block are very nice and hardworking, but there has been some trouble before in this block , my guess is narco related.
1st Nick in home park, now this unfortunate fellow, as always my thoughts are with the deceased family and friends.
