New houses proposed (Raymond Close)

It's back, as previously discussed at the link below; four new houses at the end of Raymond Close, by the railway.

Back in 2018, we (the residents) opposed the development on numerous grounds. Principally, that it would be dangerous and impractical to bring more residents (and their vehicles) into our little cul-de-sac. It was only after we paid for some legal support in the preparation of an objection statement that the application was withdrawn.

Despite various revisions to the plans, there is no additional parking. The development would reduce parking capacity (by occupying the end of the street) while no doubt increasing the demand for parking space.
