I think I was walking down a residential road in Beckenham when I spotted a newly-planted sapling with a notice from Bromley Council attached to it, asking residents to water the tree, so it can be done.gerispringer wrote:I agree in principle, but people would be reluctant to walk down the high street with a watering can to water the trees.
