Yep – the current etiquette is that you need to let Biscuitman know if you’re interested in playing by the Monday lunchtime before the game. If there are enough people who have registered an interest then the pitch will be booked. If not, the game will be cancelled.

Simples.

By the way – Joe P isn’t playing next week so he won’t be bringing his usual extras. I should have +2 though and I will confirm by Monday.

Quick update on finances:
- Carried over from week#4: £19.20
- Week#5: Goals fee -£58.90; payment by players +£65.00 (13 players @ £5.00 each)

So: 19.20 – 58.90 + 65.00 = £25.30

i.e. we have £25.30 in the kitty (inc the £5 owed by the late arriver which Marathon kindly collected)

As Marathon suggests, please post your availability for a game on Wednesday 21 October at 8pm. If we have ten confirmed by 12pm on the previous Monday I will book a pitch.
