The adverts section is a free service for local people. I have removed some posts which appeared to be making gratuitous fun of somebody's home. This can only discourage people using the service.
Hence I have amended the T&Cs with the following;
The Offers & Wanted Forums are for adverts only. Discussion should be limited to clarifications. If you feel the advert is misleading you should first inform the advertiser by PM. If you do not get a satisfactory result please PM Admin.
