Re: A little light mugging.....

The police advice is to take sensible precautions to minimise risk of becoming a victim of crime How helpful is that? ie stay indoors after 5pm? Whatever happened to a citizens right to walk the queens highway without fear of molestation? Really Bensonby I don't know where you are coming from in ...

Re: car parking and repairs

I wouldnt worry about the minor infringement of legality, its just box ticking... they are welll aware of the way its used its used throughout the old and classic vehicle clubs for a number of reasons, none of them naughty. Uninsured vehicles invariably tend to lead on to other mostly more serious ...

Re: car parking and repairs

Thank you for having a sense of humour Annie, quite rare here. From next year Jan 2011 I suspect your friends enterprise will be curtailed by a new insurance law which means DVLA will be comparing their records with those of the Motor Insurance Database to check if any particular vehicle is insured ...

I love ologists they will prove /disprove anything you pay them to, sometimes they will even prove the opposite depending on the fee. If the streets are free of ...

Re: car parking and repairs

Because it's against the law Undeniably. But not a hanging offence. its arguably unsightly If unsightly is a crime then is time to demolish most of SE26 shopping centres? and a few housing projects and council buildings obstruction of the highway... unlike the cars parked behind it in front of it ...

Cats!!! bloomin vermin all of them; is it a feral cat? just kill it, I have a trick with anti freeze that works but you have to get enough of it inside them at once or they go home to whatever sad case nearby feeds them and then die there . Which causes a stink in more ways than one. The best bet is ...

The ability of the police to perform their duties is dependent upon the public approval of police actions. Police must secure the willing co-operation of the public in voluntary ...
