It seems to me that far too often posts are being mocked by a core group of people on this forum.

It isn't everyone on here but I have had countless posts ridiculed by the same 5 or so frequent users.

Why are people on this forum always ready to reply for with a wise crack? I am really fed up with the lack of community spirit on here. It is nothing but a platform for the weak to bully others. I think it gives the completely wrong impression of what Sydenham is all about! Were you never taught ...

There was a particularly bad smell of gas in the high street this morning. It has been bad for sometime due to the roadwork’s but this morning was even worse than usual! Does anyone know the proposed schedule of completion of the gas works as the smell is quite unbearable when walking along Sydenham ...

I understand the need to support our boys in blue, but also find it particularly irritating when the police helicopter circles over my street at midnight for over an hour for no apparent reason as it did last night!

Just wondered if anyone else has noticed a recent increase in siren noise on Sydenham Road overnight - Last night being particularly bad? I have just driven past and still a large area taped off and 2 police officers blocking people from entering...
It must have been something fairly serious for them to have been there all day - very worrying.

I have also visited this restaurant a number of times. The staff are very friendly and the food is always delicious.

Does anyone know what has happened to the traffic lights on Sydenham Road next to the Prince Alfred pub? They are no longer there!

I moved up from Devon (Exeter) almost 5 years ago - bit of a dart on the map effort and landed on Sydenham but now can't really see myself living elsewhere.
As with anywhere in London, it has it's good bits and bad bits but on the whole it's a nice place.

It is ONLY a 15 minute train ride... I'd complain if I had to stand for an hour but 15 minutes really is nothing!!!!
